A group Bollywood Dance Fitness workshop, an energetic & exhilarating workout, based on signature Bollywood dance moves done to catchy uptempo Bollywood music!

Dancing is an activity that has been around for thousands of years and is inclusive of everyone - you don’t need to be fit or flexible to join. Bollywood dancing is an expressive fusion of many different dance forms like bhangra, jazz, hip-hop and kathak, which is often seen in popular Bollywood movies. Work out with Vilekha

Vilekha is an accomplished dancer with expertise in Kathak, Bollywood and various folk dances of India. Her passion for dance has taken her worldwide , delivering outstanding performances at prestigious events, including latest event at Embassy of India in Ireland. 

She is running BHAVE DANCE SCHOOL  in Dublin for past number of years. As a teacher, she is dedicated in promoting and preserving the rich cultural heritage of India through dance and training numerous students in various dance forms.

What a fantastic fitness event ?

It was a lovely morning today to see our ladies enjoying Bollyrobics moves with mesmerizing Indian music. 
A huge thanks to  Cavan Sports Partnership, Cavan Johnston Library and our instructor Vilekha from Bhave Dance Classes  for bringing this workshop live to local public.
